Ignition Coils?

Im thinking of replacing my Ignition Coil here shortly, but would rather upgrade, than just go OEM.
However I dont know a lot about them, so I dont know what would be usable on a st165.

No real gains to be made so just keep it stock and spend your money on new rotor cap and leads instead, They are fine even at 500+hp

I went with VAG coil on plugs Have not mounted them yet though.
Well, oem works, but if you go standalone ECU then you cant do much with the oem dizzy. And you do get better spark with coils But for oem ecu i would stay with the dizzy, less hassle to get it to work
