Well first rule of thumb is that it has to be 92 or older in accordance with the 25yr rule.
Then depending on where you are located in the US, there should be some importers that can help you with selection & paperwork. I know a few on the east coast.

i heard about japanese classics the only problem is that they bring cars for them to sell rather than order for other people so is hard to contact them, i tired before so I'm searching more sources, also they prices are kinda high compared to what can be done with a little knowledge. also im not sure if take someone inside the country or someone outside the country

Your best bet will be to talk to an importer that's based in Japan and already importing vehicles to Canada if you can't find a decent one importing directly to the US. The other alternative would be to buy a car that's already in Canada since our law is 15 years.

2016-25=1991. In Japan they don't muck around with "model years" like in North America, so it's simply called the year it was built in.

Contact Pacific Coast JDM and B Pro, they're two of the best ones currently exporting to Canada. I'm not sure about B Pro but I know Pacific Coast has guys living in Japan so it shouldn't be much different for them to send a car to the US instead of Canada.

I doubt it will be any cheaper or any less paper work going through canadian sources. Just might get a better selection of cars instead of having to settle. However, their laws and requirements vary and its way too easy to get jammed in a muck that you didn't expect. Find a trustworthy person that lives close to the importer in canada that can do some of the leg work if not at least follow up when stuff starts taking too long or they start asking for money outside of the initial contractual agreement. I've seen people get burned dealing with some of these places which id rather not mention.

Sorry but I don't understand what you're asking for. I personally know several people who have imported vehicles through PCJDM, if you want more detailed reviews they should be very easy to find online.

If you're willing & able to take care of all the required paperwork, you can just go to a website like Goo-Net Exchange or TradeCarView and look at available cars in Japan and import a conforming vehicle on your own.

They take care of all paperwork and registration as well.
