Hi my name is Ryan, i'm 17 and I live in Oakville Ontario (near Toronto), and just bought myself an alltrac (first car :p ).
I will need to buy:
some new body panels (quarters, rockers, drivers fender... 4wd grill canada style :p if possible)
a head gasket
water pump
breaks (discs, handbrake cable, lines)
and a few other small parts, I was just wondering if any veterans out there could lead me in the right direction.
pictures will be posted soon!

Hey Ryan,

Body panels are almost certainly all discontinued by now. Your best chance is to find a used FWD Celica to use as a parts car, or find one at the wrecker.

For other parts, there are some sponsors of this site you could check out. Also, KOracing.net has engine rebuild kits and head gaskets.

For OEM Toyota parts, there are some online options from the states (assuming you can convince them to ship to Canada). Here is a Canadian option I haven't tried yet: http://www.toyotapartsdirect.ca/

GT4 was my first car also, see this link to download shop manuals if you don't yet have them:

MWP's (fellow member) manual collection http://gt4.mwp.id.au/

For part number searches, visit www.toyodiy.com

did you get a st185 or 165?

Also welcome to the forum.
There are a few of us around the Toronto area and most of us hoard parts so depending on what you need someone likely has it

Thanks for all the help, the links are going to be very useful, my car has 209 xxx kms so I think the engine is in need of a rebuild.

And I bought an st165 :) all original

For OEM parts I usually use Lithia Toyota out of the states, though with the dollar right now that might not be the cheapest option. For things made by third parties (ie the OEM water pump will be Aisin) I usually use Rock Auto.
