Vacuum Leak at Intake Manifold

If I spray carb cleaner right near the #1 injector, it revs up so it's gotta be something around there. I tightened up all the manifold bolts, but I don't feel like taking off the manifold unless I have to. Is there anywhere else there could be a vacuum leak around there? Could a bad injector seal cause a big leak?

Do a boost leak test with a compressor and feel for the leak.
