what does this mean bolt pattern wheels, 5 x 4 1/8" & 5 x 4 1/4"

Yeah..

Our cars are 5x100 bolt pattern for sure.

Use a measurement conversion table. I pm'd you one.

No, they are not.
4 1/8" = 4.125 inch = 104.775 millimeter
4 1/4" = 4.25 inch = 107.95 millimeter
100 mm = 3.937 inch = or 3 15/16" or approximately 4"
