ABS,keep it,or delete ABS?

Good Morning guys,

I don't mean to hijack your conversation, but was wondering if there was a how too on removing the ABS system.

I would also like to do this, just sounds a like it could be a nightmare.

Yeah brad,just find a celica gt non abs,swap everything,brake lines,blocks,Ts.etc.
Change everything except calipers.

There's a few how to's on here, I believe Darth Ripley did one in lots of detail. You can reuse the proportioning valve off the ABS brick instead of the one from a donor 2WD car as I believe the biasing is slightly different for our cars (but I could be wrong).

I didn't see anything where you could use old block or proprtioning valve.id say swap it all,complete.

The prop valve is bolted to the ABS brick, but it's the same one that's bolted to the firewall on the non-ABS Alltracs.

Nope proportioning valve has 5 inlets ,outlets,non abs,gt
Abs 4 ports .
Looking this over this is merely s withing right side line from gt non abs in ,prop valve,conect other lines,easy.just need a good line wrench.

Strange, because we used the valve off the ABS brick to convert my RC. Maybe JDM is different from USDM?

Done! It to less than 2 hours.i started after my last messge.
Stripped 2 cars,mine and donar,install done on mine.
Just need to bleed it.
Im happy.fuckin abs box don't want to pop out.lol
