Buying Left side narrowbody front fender

I got side swiped today it it nailed my fender. If someone has one, even better if it's jdm, I'm willing to buy it.

I would prefer a narrowbody but I'm playing with the idea of carbon fiber front fenders which have to be widebody.

Would it look funny if the car has wide front skinny rear?

Thank you guys

Bummer! Now your car is a veteran US car.
😂 the us ruins everything nice. I'm thinking about buying fron nengun right now, but I got lucky. Accident could have been much messier. I'll be posting more about it on my forum when I have the time to sit down

Nengun is expensive as shit. A USDM fender is going to be the same thing. If you want to avoid Carfax accident reporting then just do it on your dime. It’s on you to let whoever gets it after you know or not. I ain’t gonna judge.

Yea that's the plan because my deductible is 1k so unlikely it will be truly useful. I also plan to keep the car forever, if not for a strret car then for a full race car. The only problem is ebay panels want like 250+ and then another 200 for shipping. I'm going to look for part outs and hope for that.

I'm also trying to see what recovering the panel would run.

Nengun sells new (as in never having being used since they were made) s chassis panels and I asked what the panel includes for the fender I need. There's a chance it comes prepainted the color I need and it'll will be cheaper if it does. 805 to door (which is crazy) but a new used panel is 380 then the repaint (quote from my mechanic friend) 800. So just gotta play it by ear I guess.

Roreri I do thank your concern and interest, means a lot to have people who look out for eachother!

If you get to the point you’re okay with a used part call down to Marc at ABC Used Auto Parts (719) 632-0846. He’ll set you up. Fender removal and replacement is easy. Hardest part in your case would be drilling and mounting your JDM side turn indicator. If you clarify that it has to be a 1990 because pre facelift narrow body he’ll work with that.

Yea and you did too! He found one for 250 to door which is the lowest I've seen. Granted it's red but I have my mechanic friend to deal with that. Thank you for the info! I'll probably be posting about the process tonight and what happened.

As for the jdm indicator should just be prescion measurements and a dremel, if not I can walk over to school to use some mills

Wow, that's terrible. Also, that thing has been bondo'd before. You can see where the old accident is and where they attempted to correct it.
I see that now, honestly not super pressed about it, it looked really good before this. Funny though thay it happened in the same spot.
