Glitter Oil, Normal wear or grenade without the lever?

Hi.
Pulled my oil today. Sparkles are there but I have heard 2 different stories on what to do. You're guy's ideas?
Engine oil changed every 5000km. Castrol full syth 5w-40. Engine appears healthy. Connecting rods have nominal side to side play and lack any up and down play. I 74,000km. I have also pulled the oil from my 200k mile tc with a similar picture. Never had an oil light and never ran low. No metal on drain bolt magnet, none of it would pull from a magnet either 20240908_223811.jpg

Ok update on my end. Ordered a blackstone kit, so that'll be good. I have also heard of previous wear just sitting in the engine (this was oil that I had put in for only a couple miles) Anyways I'm gonna try the valvoline restore and protect and then the Purolator boss filter. Also according to MR2's a 'pinch' of NONFERROUS metal is normal... We'll see what happens....
There's talk about eveything I'm finding being turbo based...sweet 2k down the drain shortly

Yea it might be my oil pump breaking in... I'm almost certain the material is aluminum. There's very little aluminum in that engine. The pump is new about 10k miles. Who knows ima pull the oil again sometime and see. Do a flush. Tony got sick so he's out of commission for a week

I got the PCV side oil catch can, new oil pressure gauge, and aerocatch hood pins on order, so I’ll be doing that soon. Added more AT205 Reseal today.
