Horn install

I got my ST165 with an aftermarket Momo Steering wheel and hub and am trying to get the horn to work, but all that remains on the hub is what you see in the picture. What am I missing to get the horn to work? I figured out that grounding the first and third rings triggers it, I just don't know how to apply that.

What does the back side of the hub adapter look like? it should have something that touches those rings.

There should be a 2 prong connector cable in the steering assembly for the horn and airbag (if yours came with one). that should wire up to your new steering wheel. you may have to wire it in manually. Look under your dash, if you had an aftermarket steering wheel to begin with somebody might have tucked it back under the dash.
