I have an ST185 without fog lights. Probably a previous owner delete for whatever reason. I am wondering if I could wire a smallish LED light bar into the fog light sockets in the front bumper area. What power draw were the fog lights so I can consider maximum power draw in amps for this?

The stock fuse is 20A, that's split between the two sides so double check the wire size if you're going over 10A off a single side. Worst case you can have that trigger another relay for more power if you need it.
Oh that’s way plenty. This ridiculously bright Hella 32 inch 9000 lumen light bar draws a maximum of 12.3A at 12V. And that is way brighter than I was thinking of.
