Help diagnosing rad fan issue

Hi all,

I recently replaced my radiator and now my rad fan won't turn on. I've read a few previous threads and tried unplugging the rad temp sensor to see if it would stay on all the time, but the rad fan did not come on with the sensor unplugged. I also got some new relays and tried replacing what looked like two fan-related relays in the main fuse box with no luck.

The test I haven't done is checking the fan itself by attaching a battery to it. Any advice on how to do that without electrocuting myself?

Anything else I should check that I missed?

Thanks!

maybe by replacing the radiator and moving the fans around one of the wires broke somewhere inside the insulation so no power/ground to the fans. check if your getting any current in the connector by shoving your multimeter probes in the pins. check the ground aswell. dont worry about plugging the fan directly to the battery it should be fine, just dont make the + and - touch each other
