What's this part for and is it needed?

A little embarrassed to ask but does anyone know if this is actually needed?
I took out my engine and re-installed it and had this in a small parts pile. I didn't think much of it because I now have a dismantled gen3 swap and I thought it was from that swap but I'm curious if I was suppose to install it. I looked up the part number it has 12325-74260 and it shows it's part of a engine mount but I don't remember seeing it. Installed.
Anyone recognize this part?
I feel like I'm posting too many threads on this forum lately :p

Looks specfic to st20x for the transmission mount. http://jp-carparts.com/toyota/partlist. ... 3&fig=1107

Don't sweat making too many threads. Ive owned my car for 15 years and still get excited thinking about stuff I want to do.

Fantastic :D I was worried I had to drop the engine on one side and install this thing. I looked it up but my limited knowledge I only found a list of Japanese descriptions.

Yeah, I get excited about my cars also

Interesting. Per Toyodiy.com, 12325-74260 was only used on 1994-1999 ST202 Celica's equipped with the 3S-GE engine and manual transmission. Was supposedly not used on the ST205 Celica's equipped with the 3S-GTE engine. Strange in that it must have been on an ST205 3S-GTE.

That's wierd but who knows why I got it. I'm just happy I don't have to install it.
I'll keep it in my glove box in case I need to talk to someone with my fists
