ST185 rear hub options. Do hubs from other Toyotas fit?

I was told that highlander rear hubs fit even though the stud pattern is wrong. Any advice on that? if yes which years?

When you say rear hub for your ST185, what part of the attached are you referring to?

I think hes talking about the spinny thing that the axle bolts through, and the rotor and wheel bolt to.

These hubs only came on the celica and camry alltrac. I've been looking for years, but never found any. The highlander hubs do bolt to it but you'll lose your parking brake. I havent found a work around for that yet save for using the backing plate and parking brake from a highlander and I'm not even sure if they would fit. It would also change your bolt pattern to 114×5.

Thank you for response. I found a big discussion about conversion to 5x114 wheel bolt pattern. Highlander hubs were used in the rear to convert to that bolt pattern. It was my understanding that rotors have to be re drilled for new pattern and everything else worked. In front they used Rav4 and Camry setups to achieve new bolt pattern. That allowed to use wheels with better availability. That discussion answered my questions.

Original front and rear hubs on the Alltracs are identical, correct?

Is the fact you can't use the same ones front and rear if you swap due to the brake rotors?

They aren't identical. I'm currently tearing apart my entire rear end and derustifying and painting. I snapped this pic of the front and rear hubs for comparison.

Front on left, rear on right. There is an extra inch or so on the right one. Ignore the bearing races I haven't removed yet. There are also service holes for parking brake replacement and adjusting.

Yeah the wheel bearings are the same on all 4 corners, and one of the front seals is used in the rear. Something like front outer is same as rear inner, or vice versa. I can't remember.
