Power steering line replacement

Postby Maet » Tue May 04, 2021 10:34 pm

Like it seems every ST165 has, my lower power steering line that goes up to the top of the engine bay is leaking. I'm going to find a shop to replace the fitting and I'm wondering if the fitting is just a standard fitting or it's a specific or unique type because I heard the FX16 Corolla's had non-standard fittings so I'm wondering if it is the same for the Celica.

What I believe a lot of people do is take their old line in, have the ferrules cut off and reuse the fittings with a new hose and ferrules.
