ACT throwout bearing going bad again

Just did my Throwout bearing again after my slave cylinder was bad ate ate threw it, and after a year it's super loud when I push in the clutch making a similar noise. Is this just the clutch springs being loude or is my bearing going bad again? I don't launch the car or anything so I don't understand why it's going bad already but if it is I'll definitely do an OEM bearing. I've changed out my slave and master cylinder too and have good petal Freeplay.

I bought the ACT Clutch Kit from KO Racing. It came with a Toyota factory throw-out bearing. KO said it was best to go with Toyota. I can give you the part number if you want. (ST165)
I also bought a new clutch master and slave, pivot, fork, and boot just to make sure its all new.
Sucks you had to go through all that work. Clutches in these cars are not easy to replace.
