You may already know, but you can buy a LHD one from Toyota (P/N 44250-20280). I believe they are rebuilt. I bought one from my local Toyota dealer and gave them mine as a core. I've had no issues with it. I paid $360 USD ~two years ago, but it looks be quite a bit more now. BTW it didn't come with the two mounting bushings, so don't leave them on your core.
