I have the same setup :). Looks like the one in Florida a few years back. The price of the swap is nearing 10 grand now, so I'd say that's not bad for a low mileage car. Looks great.

Worth every penny. I myself would do something different for the engine, but that's personal preference! Everything you did was exactly what needs doing on an older car and its all done for someone! Ready to go :) GLWS :)

Thanks man. I appreciate that. The car is now listed on EBay with a lower ‘Buy it Now’ price for anyone interested. If it doesn’t sell at the price I want for it I am just going to hang onto it and enjoy it.

Just keep it! Unless there's a need to sell you'll 100% guarantee kicking yourself in 5-10 years. We've all been there. She's one of a kind now. I was about to sell Mirium and then went "wait, no... it took so long to get even a second one." I was just going to invest the money anyways - and the way I see it these are investments of their own right.
Anyways, I hope the decision is a good one regardless of the outcome. Definitely don't skirt yourself on the price, as what you did to this car was WELL within reason to hold true to the value.

Seriously keep it if you can afford to its only going to go up in value. Converting your cash back into one will be almost impossible. Respect if your just ready to move on good luck with the sale. Get what you want for it, it is worth exactly the amount you will sell it for. That is the only thing determining pricing on a car this rare, only those that own them can determine their value.

Looks like you got a bid at 17k. If that is real then that is one of the highest prices yet for a ST185

That's ST205 money

Huge congrats. Nice to see an engine swapped car sell for good money. Minty interior helps a ton. Hard to find good 90s Toyota leather

Coming from the guy who won the auction, The car IS worth what I paid. Only problem thus for is that the AC was not working. Hard to tell, in winter where she came from, but one warm day in Texas told the story. This past weekend I did a major AC overhaul and successfully got her blowing cold on demand again! I will do a post with lots of photos when time allows. Hats of to you Zunzal, for a great build! here is a couple photos with the new window tint.
