Have you tried it without the jumper. The way I did my swap wiring, the pump runs as normal. The fuel pump is part of the car/chassis wiring on your 5SFE powered car. It should run like normal, switched with the key and it's on.

i just remember y i had it jumped

The wries for the harness are already on your car, you have had it all along... Well, that is if your car was running with the 5SFE in it before you did the swap. Like I said the fuel pump circuit is part of the car, not part of the swap.

All that being said though. In order to help you. We need to know what year/model you have and what you have done with the wiring already. otherwise it could take a long time and a lot of guesses.

The 5sfe doesn't use a fuel pump relay, the voltage comes from the opening circuit relay. On the 3sgte, the power goes from the ope3ning circuit relay to the fuel pump relay. And the ecu controls the fuel pump relay, it chooses the path throught the relay to either direct 12v to fuel pump or 12v to the resistor which resist the power going to the pump.
However the Fuel pump resistor, and the fuel pump relay are both in the engine bay of the all-trac/gt4 and your having a swapped fwd probably don t have it.

"just the wiring that needs to be done for the swap" is not enough information. Tell us what wires you changed or otherwise connected to what points.

Tozen is correct. If your circuit opening relay is wired up correctly to your fuel pump circuit then it should be fine. All this is very vague though.... details about what you have already done would help us to help you. Which wires (ID'd by signal) did you connect to what pins on what connectors?
