Hey all Trac friends.

So I am turning to your advice as to what this thing is. It’s in my 88’ st165’s 3S-GTE, and it’s near the back of the engine bay behind the inter cooler. The device itself and the hose you see me pointing too at the bottom running out of it are my concern, they are leaking coolant and I’m trying to properly identify what it is and what hose I need to locate to get a proper replacement. Hopefully some of you are familiar with what it is, and where that hose leads to? It seems to be my only source of coolant leak left to identify and eliminate so I am happy I have the last beast cornered. Thanks for your help people.

That's the heater valve, it's controlled by that heater to allow (or prevent) coolant from flowing into the heater core in the car. The valve itself is p/n 87240-20300, the lower hose that comes in the bottom is 87245-2B430, though you should be able to use generic heater hose of the right diameter if it isn't available anymore.
