5x114.3 front and rear.

I have no experience with the back hubs but the front hubs are definitely rav4.

I saw on toyodiy that it said front and rear alltrac bearings use the same part number, might be worth checking if the alltrac spline rear axle and bearing ID are the same as the OD of the rav4 hub just to check.

Brake wise there is tons of different stuff haha I run stoptechs (st40 calipers off an evo) with is350 rotors

really stupid quick question,
is there any reason we cannot bore out and re drill to the 114.3mm pcd standard Toyota rotors?
seems easier than buying new rotors.

IMO - there is a lack of surface area on the face of the rotor to safely re-drill to 5x114.3 mainly due to the handbrake adjustment hole being located between two stud points.
