wire harness swap??

hey my brother and i bough an engine, and it's from japan so the wires tend to go or come out from the other side and the ecu is to far for it, is there a way to wire swap it? or by any chance is there a better way to connect the wiring harness to the ecu????

what i did with my gts swap is i cut a hole into the firewall right behind the engine. the hole was probably about 4-5 inches above the steering rack. this way, the wire feeds right into the cabin where the ecu is at.
