New All trac guy Fom Aus

Hey guys, great group you got going on here.

Anyway Couple weeks ago just purchased 1990 Aus spec Gt four

Has a couple of problems in 2nd and 1st though

1st if shifting from second is a bit of a struggle to find.
and when shifting from 4-2 or 3-2 (at regular and high rpm 3000-6000) it grates a little bit, but doesn't do it goin from 1st to 2nd.
Can any one give me any idea's to the problem?

Interested in changing the gear box to the one found in st205 if anyone from brisbane area in this group can give me an idea on cost and if i'm able to buy one.

Thanks for the welcomes guys, anyway it also doesn't grate when I wait for the the RPM to be less than 1500 rpm on 3-2 shifts.

What oil do you reccomend?
