Hi from Northern Ireland

Postby michaelb » Sat Jun 22, 2019 10:46 am

Hi, i was looking for a gen 5 celica for five years and finally picked it up from England yesterday.
700 mile trip to bring it home and now I need to start learning and reading to get it back in tip top condition.

Look forward to learning from everyone here

Hey, thanks. I got a very late 93 GTi in Teal, my favourite colour.

Has some paint damage but mechanically good and nice a clean underneath.

An ST182 with the 2.0 3S-GE engine (158 HP). Nice. Convertible or lift-back?

It's a lift back. Not much opportunity to use a convertible in Rainy northern Ireland! Maybe this week, but not the rest of the year

Yup, here you go.

First pic is when I literally had just collected it and drove to car park to check it was secure on the trailer. It needs paintwork on the bonnet and a few other bits tidied up but that already been arranged. Was also nice to put my Hilux to work towing something decent across the UK to Northern Ireland.
