Remember, your fuel pump will not work unless the engine is starting or running. . . just turning the key on won't do anything unless you jump the diagnostic box connections.
93celicaconv":1ngxe5v1 said:Not saying their couldn't be a problem with one or both relays, but the test bypasses them. If the pump runs in the diagnostic port test, then I would say one or both relays you mentioned could be the source of the problem.
Possibly but yeah, check that the pump is receiving power without the bridged diagnostic terminals. That will help rule some things out of the equation.Fhawman":2s19e5t6 said:For some silly reason I didn't check to see if the FP had power without the jumper, but I will tomorrow. I had the same concern as to why the IGN fuse was blown (maybe I did something during troubleshooting who knows).
Well that's good news I guess. . sadly, you possibly have a bigger issue to deal with like bad fuel (and just how bad, is it still a liquid ? LOL). I'd check what comes out of the tank drain to see if still a liquid then check pressure at the rail before dropping the tank.Fhawman":2s19e5t6 said:I did try to start it also with it jumpered and verified power to the FP, no go... So if the pump is running maybe I have a blockage
Just check to see if you have power without the bridged terminals and if so, it sounds like you have to deal with stale fuel, good luck!Fhawman":2s19e5t6 said:The relay "looks" fine, not burnt. I saw how to test it and will check that tomorrow also. TO be continued....

I went the route of ST205 intercooler swap (plus supporting ST185RC hood and bumper), boost controller, and upgraded turbo turbine and compressor (CT27 mod)
Then just the usual goodies like brakes (braided steel hoses, speed bleeders, slotted rotors, performance pads), coilovers, wheels and tires.

Crank the engine and see how much fuel you get.
