Harness identification

Can anyone identify this harness? Previous owner stated something about it possibly being for the AC, I am trying to get the AC going in it and am looking for assistance. When I hit the AC button on the panel inside, light doesn’t turn on and compressor doesn’t kick on. Any help is appreciated! Thanks in advance.

Pretty sure he has a 165.
And that looks like 80s Toyota wiring.
Whether that's a 165 harness is another matter. Definitely possible, but it wouldn't be the first time someone has included parts from another vehicle.....
AC was more of an add on back then, so it's possible there are specific AC harnesses. On the 185 they're wired in with everything else.

One end looks like it came from an interior relay block. Those 2 round silver things are relays. And it looks like there's a fuse next to them.

I would start with your control panel though. The circuit board solder cracking is a know problem with the 165s. You can reheat it gently in the oven. Remove any plastic first!
