Greasing Electrical Clips?

I'm in the middle of changing my clutch, so of course my engine is on the floor and of course I had one hell of a time with getting all the electrical clips unclipped throughout the whole project. Doesn't it seem like every one of them unclips differently? Some you have to pull a snap out, others you push in, but it's always kinda hard to tell.

I'm wondering that now when I go put everything back together, can I use some type grease on the outside of the clips to make it easier if i ever have to undo them again? I have some dialectic grease or something like that which I used on the tops of my spark plugs years ago, not sure if this would work or not? Any other ideas?

I applied dielectric grease to the plugs to make them easier to disconnect and also applied some to the contacts. I wouldn't bother applying it to the contacts again because its a bugger to clean them out if they happen to get dirty.
