New alltrac project possibly?

Postby hobo » Mon Mar 31, 2014 11:46 pm

I know a friend of a friend who's selling this car and says it runs good but has lacked TLC most of it's life. For the price what do you guys think? I've seen alltracs sell here for 8-9k in good condition so maybe I can turn this into a jewel. I test drove it and it runs okay but the ps pulley does make a bit of noise, would buying a jdm 3sgte for this thing be worth it? The motor in it now runs fine and doesn't smoke or anything but it lacks power.

What do you guys think on the price?

Agreed, maybe knock him down on price a little bit but it looks like a solid starting point.

Why not? What do you have to lose besides time, money and sanity? I say go for it. Join us gluttons for misery. LOL.
