My new All-Trac St185
Ended up buying this 1991 ST185. Very clean car with a lot of work just done to it. Definitely not perfect but a damn good start! Interior is pretty clean. Driver seat has usual wear and motor could definitely be cleaned up but overall very nice and drives great. 163,000 miles on it.

That looks nice and unmolested. What are your plans for it?

Re: My new All-Trac St185
I'm very happy with it. This one I'm going to keep as a daily and not mess with it at all. I'm going to keep it stock. Maybe some LED headlights, wheels/tires, replace the old bubble tint, and just other little things.

I've molested my white rust bucket enough so I feel obligated to keep this one stock lol

That really is the dream isn't it? One heavily modified one and one tidy OEM+ one.

Re: My new All-Trac St185
Exactly! I was going to modify this one too but it's actually pretty damn clean. So I'll just keep it as a daily and destroy my rust bucket

Re: My new All-Trac St185
Lucky! I'm down in Provo, if I would have seen this I would have bought it. I have a '90 all-trac that was rear ended back in '09 that has been sitting for about 10 years. The insurance deemed it a total loss and I was in the middle of starting a family and wasn't able to get it fixed. If you know anyone in our area that can do semi-affordable restorations, hit me up. Thanks!

Shit man I'm sorry about your ride! I'm so damn happy with this car though ( not to rub it in).

Re: My new All-Trac St185
Last night when I was backing into my garage I noticed my reverse lights aren't working. I took out both taillight assemblies to check both bulbs and both bulbs looked just fine. But at 56 cents a piece I figured I might as well put new bulbs in. Still not working. Is there a somewhat common problem with the reverse switch possibly?

Backup light switch mounted on the tranny or the pigtail to it.

That's what I'm thinking as well. Hopefully this weekend I'll have a second to check it.

Re: My new All-Trac St185
Driving into work this morning it was dark enough to use my new LED headlights (they look great) but the instrument cluster and heater/AC controls didn't light up. I also noticed that the brights don't work either. I'm assuming this is going to be the headlight switch? What do you guys think?

Have you checked the dimmer knob isn't turned all the way down, or developed a dead spot?
