Removing all the glass from a ST165

I'm preparing my 165 for painting. The car is at a stage where all the body
work is done and I am doing the final rubbing down ready for priming (painting)

All the glazing is still in the car.
Well the front window screen has to come out as it has a big crack in it.
The back window in the lift up hatch, no way it's staying. I'm not risking that.
(All the mouldings have been removed.)

Now the side glazing (the side windows you look out when sitting in the back seat)
My question is, how hard is it to remove this glass? What is the best way to remove
them, bearing in mind that they are fixed in place with chewing gum yuck. (mastic)?
I have half a mind to leave them in place, but a bit concerned with the bit of panel
between the window and the roof gutter.

I have taken a windscreen out of a 162 before and that was a total hithouse job.

What do you think I should do?
