can we put st205 syncros on st185 transmission

hi my 2gear syncros are really really bad ehen the car hot ive heard the syncros are not to strong did u have thing to recommend?my transmission its a 92 jdm whit arodnu 100 000km and mayb ill buy a jdm whit 80 000km and try to change the syncros and rebuilt it to change it or im better juste rebuilt or change the sybncros on mine?thx to all
ps:i didnt really know and chek the oil level but everything should be okay and its only the 2n gear.
