One piece driveshaft?

Has anyone here run a one piece driveshaft on your alltrac? I am doing an awd conversion on my Corolla and need a 75" long driveshaft. In my experience that is usually too long for a one piece but I have seen driveshaftshop.com offer one.

My question is for those who have a one piece, any issues with vibration?

Any issues with strength?

Which brand shaft are you running?

I think the only one anyone runs is the one piece carbon fibre one that was originally made by ACPT. Some have looked into steel and aluminum one pieces but I believe diameter and safety started to become an issue. The ACPT design was bought out by another company who then jacked up the price for no reason.

I've got one in my car and I haven't had any issues with it, though I had a lot of other work done at the same time so I can't really comment on the impact of just the driveshaft.

I’d go with The Driveshaft Shop, I’ve had their steel one-piece in both of my 240SXs and was very happy with them. You should be able to send your stock one in, or provide them with measurements and they can make you a custom one.
