OEM Clutch Disc Part Number Help

So I want to put in a stock clutch disc with my gen4 swap, but there are two part numbers and I'm not sure what their physical difference is. My car is a 90, but my not-original gearbox is from late 91 (SN: S11107149). I'm assuming the shop that put in my last clutch (pictured below) put in the "early" clutch since they only knew the car was a 90, but I cant be sure as there are no helpful markings on it.

So, which one do I need? Is one better suited to my application?

Here is what I had pre-swap, no issues with it - I just want a new one:

Not sure this helps but I have replaced a narrow body 1990 with a Solid Ace T110093 (original '90 gearbox).
This same part number is also recommended replace item for all ST185 and ST205 (turbo) models.
It also appears to be a recommended replacement part for 31250-17054
