Cool! Seems like the factory modified it enough so just some personal touches?

Yeah, I currently don't feel the need to mod it much. I won't get to dive it much more since the snow and salt are coming soon. I am thinking just some things to make it mine. I would like to lower the front a hair, but honestly, I am so happy with how it handles as well as how compliant it is that I do not want to mess that up. I also really like the stock wheels. The first bit of work is restoring any bits that need it. I am sending it to the body stop to take care of any dings or knicks. Then I need to restore the headlights. I think the first actual mod will be direct wiring a radar detector.

Nice choice, I've always loved the ISF. Those really are some gorgeous wheels, I wouldn't have guessed they're stock.

Thanks. I really like the wheels, I thought about buying a couple of rear ones to put on the front for a square setup but they cost 700-1k a wheel. BBS makes the same design you can buy with more offset options but they start at 1k each. For that much money, I rather buy some volks or something else. There are a couple of gram light designs I really like. I'll get the road rash fixed on these wheels and just roll on them for a while.

I mean, sheeeit. No shame whatsoever in that. Given how good those look, you could roll on them a good long time without regret. I have to admit, the OZ wheels on mine were one of several selling points. Gotta love a good set of wheels. You planning on posting some glamour shots in here sometime? ;)

Yeah, those wheels work perfect for a grand tourer like that. Plus, four doors is unimpeachable practical transportation, no matter what else it is.

Do you find the ride to your satisfaction with so little rubber outside the wheels?

I am surprised by how good the ride is. It keeps me from wanting to touch the suspension. It is compliant enough that it doesn't kill me but responsive enough that the road communicates to me and it handles well. I will be adding more rubber at some point but these tires still have plenty of life in them. I'd like to at least be 255 square and if I get new wheels it will likely be in the 18 sizings. I usually prefer more sidewall.

I still mostly working on my career but I am hoping to have some content this year and to break 1k subs.
Doing some practice with my drone. Here are the two latest clips.

Looking good Josh!

How are you enjoying the Feals?

I just put a set on my 205, and I'm working through issues with them on our 165. Both aren't running at the moment, so I haven't gotten a chance to see how they feel.

I have enjoyed them for a few years now. I would say it all depends on how they are setup. My setup was completely custom, which may be different than the off-the-shelf setups. I find them good for racing and compliant enough for the street.

It was dumb of me not to reach out to see if you’d have liked a visit as I made my way west from TCS Motorsports with my GT-Four. I overnighted in Springfield and visited grip-addict (Dan) in KC. Next time!
You should have. Dan mentioned your visit. Until next time.
