We have a country wide motorsport governing body called CAMS that sets all the rules for our events (they are basically a motorsport specific insurance company).
No one has any idea how decisions are made at CAMS. Some things they are harsh on, some things they are easy on.
Most of it is political

Car sounds great, nice and healthy. That hill climb looks like it gives the suspension a beating too.

Yeah everything seems to be great with the car at the moment.
Ive done that hillclimb a few times in my old car at around the 40sec mark.
Its amazing how much of a difference going a bit quicker makes to how the bumps/undulations feel.
On the last run after the first corner before the "wall" the car got enough air to spin up the tyres.

Ive been wondering, where do you have your FF Sensor placed. Meaning what line did you splice into. Currently working on getting one setup for my next build. Ive read that guys locate them in different spots so Im curious as to whats correct. Pre fuel rail or post rail in the return line.

Flex sensors can go any where, I have heard of a few people running them in the pressure lines, this helps create a stable reading as it always has fuel and no air, where as the return line is empty on start up and is usually aerated by the regulator to a degree. putting it at the bottom of a 180" bend in the return line would likely help fix a lot of issues.

I dont run either.
I cant run both as the caldina cover doesnt match up with the lower 5S cover.
Running just the lower 5S cover would turn it into a scoop and trap more than it would help to keep things out.

So as mentioned in another thread, ive now solidly mounted my diff in the rear subframe.
Ive also filled the subframe with a 2 pack expanding high-density foam. Hopefully itll help with the noise a little.
While the sub frame was out, i thought it would be a good idea to drop the fuel tank and install the Walbro 400lph pump ive had sitting in a box for a few months.
So who said E85 corrodes fuel tanks?
Its had E85 in it for 5yrs now... looks like new
Walbro 255lph vs new 400lph. Almost physically the same size.
Ready to go back in.

Then went and raced it at the hillclimb.

The car did 16 runs over the two days.
New suspension worked great
Missed the last couple of runs of the hillclimb though due to this:
Spare rear diff is in the car now though.
Aiming to enter another hillclimb in 2 weeks time.

Good work on the suspension! That is certainly a great deal of work to engineer and spec something together like that.
Out of curiosity- do those prius hubs have the same mounting points/dimensions for the brakes?
