So my project is still active and working pretty decent for what it is.. Only a hand full of people knows how she works..

She is a sleeper, you wont ever see me breaking the speed limits but maybe in the future i would test it out with the new drag events..

Finally have a Mechanic thats worthy to do my dirty work if i cant do it myself..
So no rush i have taken my time to get to this point and i hope i can continue this little adventure for a while...

Stock HP is 225HP at 220 torque
I have no idea what HP range i'm in but it feels crazy...
I usually get full boost around 3000rpm..

These cars could make up to 300hp easy with a free up exhaust and 15psi with stock internals..

I believe i have most of the ground work covered for reliability to make 400-550 hp if tuned well...Boost and tuning will determine that figure.. But to secure this i would like to upgrade to the new turbo thats been tested up to 900hp..

The fueling should be good up to 550 hp anything more than that i will lean out.. So the future i will be needing 1000cc Top feed injectors and new fuel pump.. Depending on if i can get on the track and have proper gas to run with.. If not it will be useless and i will stick to a maximum of 15-18psi on this crappy pump gas. But its good to know the potential

Let me see if i have a picture...
I couldnt point the turbo down because the compressor housing was touching the gear box housing

I cut a hole in where the battery use to be and routed the piping down near the wheel area

Ive been building my car for some time now.. I am truely addicted to the power... we dont have any 4WD Dynos and i dont have a set mind for how much HP i want or what HP i am at... I am simply in love with how she feels and how fast she can go... I am a spartan for racing :)

Right now the engine is out for a couple upgrades
The new cams and stage 5 clutch :)

Previous CR ratio is 145 per cylinder
This is with the Stock exhaust cam and 9.0 lift asperated intake cam..

Stock was 180 CR per cylinder

With the Mods the Car is 1000% faster at the 145 CR expecially w/o boost

most ive see it up to was 14psi while auto tuning.. The accelaration turnes the road into a v...
She sounds aggressive but she screams at high rpm like a crazy bitch..

I dont have a pic of the hole..
But picture a hole in the area of the wheel arch that runs a pipe down and to the side of the intercooler...
The goal is to clear the heat of the exhaust manifold

Hot pipe?
They never get hot :) It clears all heat sources...

It was a torch that cut a hole out for me... I quickly sprayed it with antirust spray,, Had this for years and it was perfect... The pipe clears the wheel at full lock so that works..

90 degree from the intercooler and it runs direct

is it the hole that the stock air box gets fresh air from? my old celica had piping coming from the front bumper up through that hole to my intake, kinda like a ram air duct. its almost directly above the front wheel, maybe a bit further towards the front...?

What i meant was the pipe coming off your turbo.... :oops:

mmmm nice clean block and head.. and did you get some new pistons? what happened to the wisecos? i may wish to buy them if you still have them laying around.. you gotta take some videos both in car and out when you get it up and going again.. i wannna see her in action!
