This has all been very informative. Thanks for explaining it all to me. I'm curious then what he did to the engine since that last pull. I see what you are saying about that EFR maxing out at about 800. Your turbo must be pretty trick then for your setup to make this much power. These power levels are a bit over my head.

Well 3SDNA now it comes out that the dyno graph you posted wasn't Andrew's car at all. It was a 7285 precision turbo which is a much larger turbo than the EFR9180.
9180=67mm turbo (94lbs of flow)
PT7285=72mm turbo (110+lbs of flow)
So that turbo flows about 20% more
Now a 1126whp makes sense. And it also took 45psi which was also estimated before also.
Now for my motor. Let's say I loose and extra 5% with AWD. So 1126 x .95 = 1069awhp
Now for me to hit that number will take a minimum of 50psi.
Even if the bigger turbo would net me more power @35psi I still think 50psi would be required due to the efficiency of the turbo declining with that much boost.
So you can see how much better a K series motor is.

Oh okay, my apologies, I guess I'm a knucklehead. Those are some pretty intense numbers! I'd still rather take an 900whp Alltrac over a Honda powered MR2 any day! Thank you for the explanation!
