From this point I could move on to the front fenders. Because the wheels are 12" wide I knew I was going to have clearance issues and would definitely need to cut off the rear section of the fenders.
Second coat of spray foam applied. I found of I tried to lay on too much foam at once the center was taking forever to cure. So I would apply it in two or three smaller applications
I used 1/4" PVC board to bend the curve for the flare. Keep in mind this is the plug for the mold and will not stay on the car. After the molds are made the foam plug will get ripped off and the new carbon parts from the mold will be applied .
While the body kit was being built the motor was being worked on at the same time. Due to covid it took a while before the connecting rods and pistons arrived
