Hit a snag... all the lines are toast in the rear. I swear Tecker is a savant (which sucks for me). All brake lines, all fuel lines are 100% toast in the rear. Super annoying. Either way, gas tank install is on hold until I get all new lines. Is there anywhere to purchase pre-bent lines? I know you have to modify them slightly still, but something go off of would be nice.
Here's the current situation (in extremely high contrast):

It looks alarming, but keep in mind, the contrast shows extreme rust.

I purchased the last set of pre-bent lines in the states back in like 2009. Good luck routing them in the stock routing. Even using NiCopp lines I wasn’t able to make it look oem without kinking. Best of luck to you

Bruce ya frickin' jinxed me lmao (kidding). I looked a little bit today, that stock routing area looks like a PITA and yeah, there's no sign of pre-bent lines hanging around anymore. There's some guys in my area that will do it, but it's not going to be cheap if I do. I was thinking about buying braided where I can and then running it in a non-uniform method to the best of my ability. I got a few more phone calls to make though clearly lol

At least the tank looks good lol

I contacted a local guy who bends NiCopp pretty frequently, I don't trust my own skills on this, as I feel I would be kinking way too much. Time to call in the professionals lol.

Re: Project Lazarus: Pulled from the Ground; Save from the G
So I scheduled the brake line install. I'm looking to order NiCopp brake lines, but the threads are confusing my search. Half the forum threads say 3/16, the other half say 1/4 brake lines with m10x1.00 connectors. So, which is it for a ST185? To be clear, I'm swapping out all the old steel coated brake lines for NiCopp - front to back. Ordering 50' unless I need more. For fuel send, I see some people saying 5/16 M14x1.5. Can anybody for sure confirm these numbers?
This is the best reference I found in a thread from 2015 from athousandleaves:
Any help would be appreciated!
This is the best reference I found in a thread from 2015 from athousandleaves:
For my 185 I replaced the stock rear lines with the following after carefully measuring the original lines:
Brakes 3/16" M10x1.00
Fuel Return & Evap 1/4" Bubble flare (evap line may have had M14x1.5's?)
Fuel Send 5/16" M14x1.5
All working and no leaks... 165 should be similar.
In hindsight I should have just deleted the whole evap line too
Any help would be appreciated!

Re: Project Lazarus: Pulled from the Ground; Save from the G
So just a small update. I put the car up on a friends lift and started at the lines with him. The previous post dimensions were incorrect. Turns out the lines up top front are 1/8" and 3/8" ???? either way, had to postpone because I actually broke my hand taking the car off the trailer - took a few weeks to heal lol. Hopefully I can get this Lazzy running soon. The line routes are an absolute PITA.
Oh also, I got her some new shoes.
Here are some photos:
