Problem with a sound.

I hear clacking sounds in my engine bay after driving a bit. When i let go of the clutch there is a sound. But when i push the clutch in the sound goes away and sometimes doesn't come back sometimes it does. What is this sound.(assuming its the tranny) but what in the tranny?)

Clutch bearing in my opinion, i had the same issue before my rebuilding process.
