Hey everyone, the two wire connector beside the rad cap, what is it for, low coolant warning? Can someone tell me how it is tested to see if it's working? I'd love to rig up a warning light on my gauge panel. Ignore the green circled thing.

Why Yes it IS a level warning.
But on a stock car it only throws an error code 54.
(water and or a pump malfunction)
Wire it it up as you please if nit going to the stock ST185 RC/CS or ST205 ecu. :D
You can test the senor with a VOM meter.

Awesome, I'm going to toss a 12v bulb to it, fill it up and see if it turns off once full. Great peace of mind/cheap insurance.

You can test it by flipping the intercooler upside down to simulate "full". I believe open loop is low coolant and closed is full.
