Unplugged chassis harness plug

As I was looking over the engine bay just double check wires and leaks (as I had gotten the car fairly recently) I came across this plug behind the air box coming from the harness out of the firewall without a place and do not know what it is for nor where it should be plugged into. As it stands the car does run and idle perfectly fine but I would rather know what it is than live in blissful ignorance.

That would make sense as to why there’s no place to plug in because it doesn’t have cruise control. Toyota just used the same exact harness and left the plug hanging there from factory though? Seems kinda asinine

It saves a lot of time and money during production, and makes parts replacement easier. That and there's usually a few options that can be dealer installed after assembly.
