TTE Grp. A intercooler for st165

I notice that Hideki has the above intercooler on his car. Hideki, or anyone else, do you know what sort of power these intercoolers are good for? I havent been able to find a whole lot of information on the web, although I know where to get one from and it would be quite cool to stick with WTA...

Isn't the max power output before it becomes a bottle neck around 300-325ish?

I thought Pat had a 185CS or 205 w/a IC before he went to a frontmount.

Pat used a TTE ST185 to run an 11.9 or something bearly into the 11s.

Yea thats it, plus it was a non greddy 20G turbo.

The best tested with the TTE ST165 IC is around 310bhp by Steve Gilles in the UK. Basically just has a couple extra rows inside. It is an improvement over stock, not sure by how much. I am not a fan of the ST165 intercooler, period, however.

Does anyone know what would be a good alternative pump to replace a 205 or 185CS/RC pump?

are you talking about a reworked 165 ic

or the reworked 185 ic

i've looked into replacing the pump with something better and the only thing i found is go front mount!
just kidding, seriously, the only thing that i could find that would deal with the area and situation is and electric mezier (sp?) electric water pump for hot rods. that or a dedden bear remote water pump. both available from summit.

I maybe getting one off an ST205, I just didnt wanna pay that kinda money.
