Low boost issue

hey i still cannot get my car to boost properly only at 5psi when i hook up manuel booster i can go to 10 psi. then take it off and in low boost mode again. Wondering is it possible my actuator or wastegate could be funcktioning inproperly sticking or something not telling it to boost?

check the arm coming off the actuator that runs to the actual wastegate. it sits under the turbo, move the arm back and forth see if you can tell if its not getting full range or if its stuck open. Only other real way to tell would be to pull the downpipe off so you could get a good look at the wastegate opening. Otherwise source a new actuator, saw one on ebay today actually.

also, check to make sure you dont have any vacuum leaks, that did the same thing for me in the past.

hows the power when you run it at 10psi?
