Postby gtfourdreams » Tue Aug 10, 2004 12:55 am

just wondering, where would one go for some TEINs? im not in the market for them right now, but doing some research. i'd like some with adjustable everything. camber, damper, spring rate, height. whats availible other than the SS and where at? i don't think i'd like those.

Hmm.. I'm not too sure about your ST165..

Tein only makes the SS for ST185's now.. They used to make the HA's but that was wayyy back.. the HA's were a bit more stiffer too..

Do the Tein SS work on the ST165? I know someone tried putting the HA's on a ST165, and they worked with slight modification.

I can't even find the SS available for a 185. Anyone know where to get those?

Karnage Motorsports

either can import them. Its a JDM part but Tein USA will bring it in on request.

The guys at Toysport seem to believe that there actually is a Tein coilover kit for the ST165. It's supposed to be rare and they quoted me about $1500 w/o the EDFC.

Best/easiest thing to do is convert to ST185 front suspension and bolt in a ST185 TEIN kit.
ST165, then ST165, then ST185, then ST165.

Yes I've been there.
