How do you remove the bushings in the rear suspension links?

Tried searching but no luck

I managed to get the bushings (or whatever) out of the 2 rear subframes
but not having to much luck figuring out the rear suspension links bushings.

I have new whiteline (superpro) bushings so I know they come out. Do
I have to get my propane torch out ?

TIA

If you dont have access to a hydro press or one of them nifty tools that presses out the bushings then your more than likely going to have to burn them out, just dont breath in :D (unless thats your sort of thing....)

while pressing them would be the clean and nice method...it takes for freaking ever. nuke em and when they light on fire let them burn and they should shoot out. don't burn the car!

No problem with burning up the car, my entire suspension (and I mean
entire) is laying in my family room. I am sending the links out to either
be HPC coated or powder coated. Finishline has burned out rubber stuff
before (unintentionally) so I am going to call them and see if they can
burn it out as part of the cleaning process. No more rusty suspension
pieces for me

Not much money in my wallet either

Thanks for the input, looks like the press method is out
