Hey guys, I looked around a bit, but couldn't really find the answer I was looking for.
I've got an st185 all torn apart for a rally car build, and we're getting ready to put it back together. Especially for what will be a race car, I don't like the swinging steering column. Has anyone replaced it with a simple straight shot to the rack and pinion? Basically anything other than what it has right now?
I haven't found any short ratio racks to replace the current with, so I was just wondering if there was something out there that would mate up to the existing rack.
