I want my car to have this exact stance.

I tried emailing the guy but never heard back. Any ideas on what kind of setup he might be running there?

I'm on stock suspension but mine would look pretty close to that lowered.

I'm 17x9 +35 with a 25mm spacer in the rear. Tires are 255/40/17

Matt, would that setup still clear the suspension without the spacers? I'm just wondering if 17x10 (add the 25mm to the wheel width versus a spacer) with 265/40/17 is possible, given your specs.

Go take a look through this thread viewtopic.php?f=8&t=1327 and see what has a similar look withe the specs listed and go from there.

For some reason that car looks a bit like a narrowbody to me, but maybe I'm just tired.

Do you have any pics of yours? I did a little digging on his site and found out his are actually 18×9 with a +35 offset wrapped with Yokohama S.Drives sizing up to 245/35/18. I thought his were 17" too, so I'm interested in what yours looks like.

Also, where can I find information on what size tires and wheels are beneficial for actual handling performance? I would rather have the highest handling capability possible than look "sick yo" even if that means running 16"s.

Karl, I'm not 100% sure, I never bolted the rear wheels on without the spacers. Eyeballing it appears it will fit though.

Here's some pics I snapped in my garage. Sorry for the terrible lighting and picture quality.

I love the way these wheels and tires fit. If the car was lowered it would look just like the picture you posted. The wheels and tires sit flush with the fenders.

I have spacers for sale for the rear Fitment. Makes it easier to rotate than having staggered offsets.

Marlon is that you car? I could of swarn I saw that top picture in modified readers rides years ago. But it was just a fwd gts with an rc front end.

My car was featured on Import Tuners, I'm not sure if they're the same magazine you looked at, but I remember they made a typo instead putting GT-Four they wrote Gt or something. but all the contents are for the AWD Celica.

Man, that looks good. What is your setup?

TeinCoils 17x8 35et 1" spacers. Hope this helps..

My advice before shopping for wheels. If your going Bbk in the future make sure you have enough clearance otherwise its a waste if the wheels you bought will not clear it.

Mine with rolled rear quarters and 17x7 with spacers F&R (forgot the size but can measure if interested).

The car now has BC coilovers, those are older pics. It's slightly lower now.
