Best AF coilovers

I was looking around on the internet and i found this site with quite a few Coilovers along with some other stuff but I was wondering what are the best coilovers for a st185. I currently have a set of Tien coilovers on my car so would it be worth it to change out to one of these coilovers/ if any of them are better why would it be worth it to change over.
