Another solution, throw that POS away and get a basic $10 ball & spring MBC.
People have been using that for years without any problem (except few spikes now and then)

where can i get a $10 MBC ?
do you mean a DIY MBC ?
but i am in australia
cheers

Every ball & spring MBC has the same basic construction, (a steel ball, spring and the housing)
Some of them are more fancy or have better quality material (ceramic ball, anodized housing, etc..)
You can get one from ebay very cheap.
If it doesn't work like you'd like, you can fine tune it by replacing ball or spring inside.
Or you can try making the whole thing by yourself. I did.

I apologize in advance for bringing the dead back to life :). But I have the exact same boost controller. I have it on and I have messed with the hoses and I just keep on going, boosting to the moon. I have it closed all the way so it should not boost no more than 10psi. Once I jumped past that I left off. I looked at the manual someone posted and it doesn't lead me anywhere. Whoever has done it with this type of controller can you please explain or post a picture of it installed?

Thank you
