Hello.

I have try to find out Celica ST205 rear axle bushes. I find out TRD:s "rear strut rod bush" in number 48715-SW251 which is available, but "rear arm No.2 arm bush (body)" in number 48725-ST000 is discontinued. So does anybody know bushes in control arm inner side

Are you looking for stock or aftermarket or whatever ?

Since the 205 wasnt sold in US most of us arent going to be a help unless
the rear suspension is the same as the ST202

Might try Fensport in the UK
http://www.fensport.co.uk/products.htm

Might be able to get stock from Jeff Watson at Champion toyota (he can
get stuff from Japan but its a wait)

some poly bush replacements do NOT function as well as the Toyota OEM original spherical bearings... :p

do NOT replace the bushings in the no.1 and no.2 rear arms with poly.

The st205 uses part number 48725-20500 on arm number one. I have no idea if this would work and it doesn't look like the part number comes up in US systems. Perhaps someone who can get them could order them up and take some measurements.

recieved some pics via email from Jussi in Finland:

Thank You Gary.

I think to thak bush 48725-20500 fit in 48710A/48720A arms, but not for 48730A/48740A arms. Those are smaller than 48710A bushes. 48710A bushes are toe adjustment sleeve and even bolt inside that. Thats why it´s bigger.

Does anybody know bushes in this picture 48730A/48740A inner arm.

What bushes exactly Gary you mean in this comment ?? Inner or outer bushes ?? Outer bushes is like "uniball" type and those fit in Supras bushes which number is in Your earlier mails.

 valid point in deed... i overlooked the toe adjustment sleeve ID.

having spent 5 years on the UK forums, i have never come across a replacement bushing for the ST205 number 2 control arm (inner) 48730A

the way i am interpreting the EPC, looking at the part numbers, the (inner) 48730A bushing ID takes a M12 bolt (12mm) ? >>> 90119-12083?

yep, as stated earlier replace (outer) hub bushings with the ma70 Supra part number, not poly rubbish :D

0.573 inches = 14.55mm ID >>> fits the diameter of the M14 (14mm) bolt part# 90119-14024

Thank You Gary for you help.

I Think I order TRD:s "rear strut rod bush" number 5 and I have already order 48725-20500 inner bushes in control arms. I have already also bolt´s and toe in sleeves. Now at the moment I need inner bushes in arms 48730A/48740A. And if I changes bushes in the hub, I use those OEM "Supras" "uniball" bushes.

So now is problem about that arms 48730A/48740A inner bushes. I have send e-mails almost all the official TRD distributors and ask if they know if somebody has left the new 48715-SW251 bushes. At the moment nobody haven´t those. I still keep finding.

Sorry to revive such an old thread but does anyone know if it's possible to still get these bushings. I've been searching online for over an hour with no luck
